Pumpkin pancakes for breakfast.

Monument Cafe in Georgetown for lunch. Grace's veggie plate consisted of french fries, mashed potatoes, and green beans with new potatoes. I guess she's carb loading for some heavy duty trick or treating tonight.

Then on to our favorite pumpkin patch for some pictures.

When we got home Grace and I worked on our Halloween house. I have to say that we've made Halloween houses, gingerbread houses, even Easter houses in the past, we really have. But for some reason, I could not get the Halloween house to stick together to save my life. At one point, I even resorted to the hot glue gun, but that didn't work either. After I went through an entire bag of orange icing, the house was finally holding together.

So, the kids decorated it - very carefully. I took this picture while Carter was finishing the back. Talk about a house of cards. I'm anticipating a full scale collapse any moment.

It's almost time to start getting ready for tonight.....
